• Investigate civil engineering - land development incidents.

Miami Lakes/Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Atlanta, GA, Columbus/Dublin, OH, Lancaster, PA (hybrid)

Requirements :

Licensure:

Active P.E. license.

Education:

B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.

Experience:

15+ years of hands-on experience in land development and/or extensive site/civil/heavy construction project management; safety requirements and issues on construction sites; design experience and a thorough working knowledge of contracts, safety, construction means & methods, scheduling, estimating, subcontractor management, & quality control.

• Additional Experience a

Plus:

Experience in community development or residential land development is preferred; experience in commercial land development, commercial construction, single-family home construction, commercial recreational construction, and/or heavy construction is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent technical and analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability:

You can safely climb/navigate ladders, roofs, scaffolding, etc. for inspection activities.

Work Style:

Approximately 20% travel for inspections; the remainder is focused on analysis and report drafting, working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Prior forensic experience is not required.
