Our long-term core clients include Avimor, Harris Ranch, Hidden Springs, and Cartwright Ranch, high-end residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments across the Treasure Valley. We are looking for an Engineer in Training or early-career PE who wants to grow into a licensed project engineer in a collaborative, mentorship-minded firm. What you'll do: Detailed civil design: site layouts, grading and drainage, surface modeling Utility plans and profiles, roadway design Plans and specifications from concept through approval and construction What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency FE/EIT passed, or PE; strong written and oral communication Field, construction, or survey experience a plus Interest in helping develop and maintain company CAD standards This is an in-office role in Boise, with occasional work from home in special circumstances. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US; we are not sponsoring visas at this time.
