What You'll Do As part of our team, you'll contribute to projects that shape communities while building your skills along the way: Support the design of land development and site engineering projects Perform engineering calculations that directly influence design solutions Assist in preparing site plans, technical reports, and permit applications Work with industry tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydrologic modeling software Help design systems related to grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management Collaborate with drafters and engineers to bring designs to life Research local codes, zoning regulations, and engineering standards Provide support to project managers on coordination, timelines, and deliverables Gradually take ownership of design tasks as your experience grows What We're Looking For ✅ Education & Early Career Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Open to recent graduates or candidates with 0-3 years of experience Internship or academic exposure to site/land development is a plus—but not required ✅ Technical Skills Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D Basic understanding of grading, drainage, and utility design principles Ability to apply engineering concepts and perform calculations ✅ Nice-to-Have (We'll Help You Get There!) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stamford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.65 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
