Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, engineering, and construction of capital improvement and facility infrastructure projects. Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and contractor performance. Coordinate internal and external design resources to develop practical, cost-effective engineering solutions. Oversee construction activities to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving technical and operational challenges. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards. Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Drive project execution strategies that maximize facility asset value, reliability, and long-term performance.
