Job Description Assist with structural design and analysis for residential and commercial projects Support historic preservation and adaptive reuse projects Prepare calculations, reports, and construction documents Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams Participate in field observations and construction support activities Help deliver projects on schedule and within quality standards Contribute ideas that improve sustainability and project performance Learn from senior engineers and develop technical expertiseQualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering Engineer in Training (EI) certification required Familiarity with structural analysis and design principles Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with structural design software is preferred Authorized to work in the United States Why You Will Love Working Here You will join a supportive team that values mentorship, flexibility, and meaningful work.
