The Senior Engineer plays a key role in delivering thoughtful, high-quality structural engineering design across a diverse mix of projects. As a core member of an expanding team, they directly contribute to the growth and evolution of the firm. This position blends strong technical expertise with confident project leadership and requires the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, client-focused, deadline-driven environment. As a proactive decision maker, the Senior Engineer will anticipate challenges, solve problems, and guide the team while mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license. 5+ years (Senior Engineer I) or 8+ years (Senior Engineer II) of progressively responsible structural engineering experience. Proven track record of successful project leadership and client interaction. Knowledge of Excel, Revit, RISA analysis software (or equivalent). Ability to thrive in a team environment.
