Job Description

We are looking for a Solar Project Engineer to join a fast-growing international firm in the solar industry. If you are looking to make a lasting impact on the environment, then look no further! The company focuses on large-scale ground-mounted solar projects across the globe! Position will be hybrid and will be required to travel to their office in Southern CT 1-2 days a week. This is a direct-hire role so you would be 100% employed by the firm!
Duties:
Provide engineering analysis, such as structural/mechanical calculations, for various solar products Draft construction documents, such as shop drawings, assembly drawings, and plans Propose new design methods to improve material and time waste Work closely with sales staff for initial project analysis. material take-offs, and more Involvement with QC operations
Qualifications:
Bilingual - English/Spanish is a
PLUS B.S.
in Civil/Mechanical or similar 1+ years of structural or mechanical design experience Strong AutoCAD experience Interest in the solar industry is a NEED!
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
