Analyzes reports, helps design structures, and manages contracts and budgets. Also creates construction schedules and keeps construction sites in compliance with applicable laws.

10+ years of capital project or construction management experienceMust have Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing experienceExperience managing projects valued at $5-$10M+Engineering or related technical educationCAPEX Budgeting, Capital expansion budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, scheduling, and change controlExperience managing A&E firms, construction teams, vendors, and general contractorsMust have Commissioning, qualification, validation, and GMP turnover knowledgeMust have strong project management and communication skills Fill-finish, packaging-equipment, cleanroom, or aseptic manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
