Job Description
Our client, an industry leader in storage and asset-management solutions, is seeking a Sr Structural Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Structural Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Structural Design team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$97,000 - $122,000 What's the Job? Perform and check structural design and analysis for tanks, vessels, modules, foundations, and other industrial structures. Prepare detailed design calculations, specifications, layouts, and construction documents in compliance with applicable codes and standards. Ensure all designs are safe, practical, and constructible for field erection. Collaborate closely with project engineers, CAD designers, and project managers to meet project goals and deadlines. Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (Structural preferred). PE license required; Structural SE license strongly preferred, Civil and Mechanical PE accepted. 5-10 years of experience in industrial structural design, particularly with tanks, pressure vessels, and large foundations. Experience with relevant standards such asAPI 650, API
620, andASME VIII.
