Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for a top engineering and advanced manufacturing client. This individual will lead structural design efforts for new construction and renovations across complex industrial, manufacturing, data center, and office environments. The engineer will be responsible for steel and concrete structural analysis, detailed calculations, multidisciplinary coordination, and project execution from concept through IFC. This role will also serve as a technical leader, presenting key design reviews to stakeholders, mentoring junior engineers, and driving sound engineering decisions across fast-paced, highly technical projects

• Lead and support structural design and construction efforts for new projects and renovations to existing industrial, manufacturing, data center, and office facilities
• Perform structural analysis and design for steel and concrete structures
• Develop and document structural calculations supporting design decisions
• Coordinate structural designs across multidisciplinary project teams, including Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, Plumbing, and Fire Protection disciplines
• Manage structural projects from conceptual design through Issued for Construction (IFC
• Lead 30%, 60%, and 90% design reviews with stakeholders and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Make technical assumptions, independently evaluate design challenges, and develop solutions using sound engineering judgment
• Ensure designs comply with applicable U.S. building codes, structural standards, and established engineering practices Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• 6+ years of structural design experience within commercial, industrial, data center, or oil & gas environments
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing in any U.S. state
• Strong experience performing structural analysis and design of concrete and steel structures
• Complete working knowledge of U.S. building codes and structural design standards
• Familiarity with Revit Structural and experience using Navisworks
• Experience working on multidisciplinary projects alongside Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, Plumbing, and Fire Protection teams
• Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Structural design experience supporting high-tech infrastructure, industrial, or operational facilities, including semiconductor, automotive, solar, or battery manufacturing
• Advanced proficiency with Revit Structural
