As part of our wastewater team, this position will be involved with a wide variety of wastewater infrastructure projects, focusing on treatment process design and construction. Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of technical treatment strategies, selection of treatment processes, developing process design criteria, and delivering projects Assist with client coordination and collaboration Work on interdisciplinary teams to effectively meet the client's needs Coordinate with internal technical specialists in all practice areas and discipline design professionals for project delivery Support preparation of proposals and presentations Participate in fieldwork and perform site visits from planning through construction that may be required, with occasional travel if needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in environmental, civil, or mechanical engineering PE license 5-10 years of experience in the field of wastewater-related infrastructure, including project engineering/management (planning, design, and construction) Proficient in all MS Office based computer software Experience in successfully delivering support to projects spanning multiple years, on collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and capable of interacting effectively with staff, clients, and regulatory agencies Self-starter with attention to detail Strong organizational skills Must be capable of presenting complex issues to nontechnical people
