Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, analyzing, and managing structural projects that ensure safety, stability, and sustainability. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive structural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other CAD software to create precise drawings and models. Perform detailed structural analysis employing FEA (Finite Element Analysis) techniques to evaluate load capacities and material performance. Coordinate project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of design phases while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Utilize Bluebeam for efficient document review, markup, and collaboration with project teams and clients. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and construction documents with clarity and accuracy through technical writing skills. Oversee project management tasks including resource allocation, progress tracking, and quality assurance during all project stages. Collaborate with geotechnical engineers and civil engineers to integrate geotechnical data into system design for safe foundations and earthworks. Support construction activities by providing technical guidance, reviewing shop drawings, and resolving field issues promptly. Use GIS tools to analyze site data for optimal placement of structures within environmental constraints. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and industry best practices throughout all project phases. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; a master's degree is preferred. Proven experience in structural engineering design and project management within the construction or civil engineering sectors. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Mathcad, and System Design software. Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and construction processes. Familiarity with FEA software for advanced structural analysis. Experience with project scheduling tools and techniques to meet deadlines efficiently. Excellent technical writing skills for preparing reports and documentation. Ability to draft detailed drawings accurately using CAD platforms such as Civil 3D or MicroStation.
