Your responsibilities include:
Collaborating with design teams on ventilation and filtration specifications for new facility construction Overseeing filter lifespan, rotation, testing, and documentation Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for upgrades or efficiency improvements Leading filtration audits for filtered sow farms Training and supporting on-farm teams with daily, weekly, and monthly ventilation and filtration checks Helping advance our overall biosecurity strategy through system design and ongoing analysis Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone early in their career who brings curiosity, initiative, and a strong technical mindset.
