Civil Engineer

Job Description Senior Civil Engineer to join the multidisciplinary infrastructure team and contribute to a variety of master planning, site design, and permitting. Manage multiple projects throughout planning, design, bid, and construction phases. Define and plan project work scope, schedules, budget, and resource requirements. Independently develop high quality civil engineering products including construction document drawings, specifications, narratives, calculations, and utilize and improve civil design standards and details. Review drawings and proposals by vendors, engineers, and architects, and drive multi-disciplinary coordination. Present 30% 60% 90% model reviews to stakeholders and multi-discipline teams Conduct meetings and coordinate permitting agencies to obtain jurisdictional approvals of civil engineering scope. Effectively and proactively communicate project needs, changes, and status to both internal and external team members. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 2-10 years of hands-on experience in building high-tech/industrial infrastructure and operational facilities (vehicle manufacturing, semiconductor, solar, battery, etc.). Experience in master planning including design of roadway, grading, pavements, utilities, traffic, stormwater management plans (flood control and stormwater quality), erosion and sediment control plans, project sites with multi-users and modes of transportation, and manufacturing operational construction. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, as well as hydrology/stormwater management software for civil design and ability to produce construction documents for permitting and issuance for construction.
