You will play an integral role in supporting complex commercial construction projects alongside our Project Managers. This dynamic position gives you the platform to track high-impact builds, refine your project management expertise, and grow within a supportive environment with no ceilings to your career potential. Impact:
Review construction drawings, project contracts, and initial submittal data to identify complete scopes of work. Coordinate and verify shop drawings to ensure total accuracy relative to bid specifications and client agreements. Monitor active project schedules, track critical deadlines, and proactively alert Project Managers to potential areas of concern. Draft detailed Change Orders in Sage construction software to account for scope revisions accurately. Collaborate directly with Project Managers to manage client communications, daily project updates, and field reports. Verify that all specialized interior installation materials are ordered and delivered on schedule before installation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
2+ years of related experience supporting commercial construction projects. Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and locate project scope within complex construction drawings. Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of tracking multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative mindset with a strong motivation to learn, ask questions, and offer support to team members.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Familiarity with Sage construction management software or similar project management tools. Practical background or experience in commercial carpentry, trade estimation, or interior finishes.
