Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Perform structural load development and stress analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures, equipment racks, and interior installations using classical analysis methods and finite element techniques. Provide design support, detailed stress analysis, and MRB support for the modification of aircraft structures and interior components. Not Available Education & Job Requirements- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 12 years of fixed-wing commercial or military aircraft structural analysis experience.
- Experience performing classical stress analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures.
- Experience performing finite element analysis using MSC Nastran and Siemens Femap.
- Experience constructing air vehicle finite element models in Nastran.
- Experience calibrating and validating finite element models to test data.
- Experience performing strain gage testing of aircraft for certification.
- Experience testing composite and metallic structural components.
- Experience performing design and analysis of aircraft structural repairs.
- Experience preparing stress reports for aircraft certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Preferred Skills
