Join a high-performing engineering team delivering complex industrial infrastructure projects that make a tangible impact. As a Civil Field Engineer, you'll play a critical role working at the intersection of design, field execution, and client collaboration. This is not a back-office role. You'll be in the field, influencing outcomes, solving real-world challenges, and driving projects from concept through construction. Location:
Clarksville, TN. What You'll Do Lead and contribute to the design and execution of facilities such as service roads, yard piping, and drainage and supporting infrastructure
Translate engineering concepts into buildable designs, specifications, and construction documents
Partner with Project Managers to drive project delivery—on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
Analyze site data (survey reports, maps, geotechnical inputs) to inform design decisions and mitigate risk
Perform process calculations (flows, loadings, system performance) critical to system design
Serve as a technical point of contact for internal teams, clients, and field personnel
Oversee and coordinate subconsultants and multidisciplinary teams
Conduct design reviews and ensure alignment across engineering disciplines
Support field inspections, QA/QC programs, and construction activities
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
Contribute to proposals and help win exciting new projects What Sets You Apart You're energized by seeing your designs come to life in the field

You're a collaborator and mentor, elevating those around you What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
5+ years of experience in heavy industrial, water, or wastewater projects
Strong knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and QA/QC practices
Proficiency with CAD tools
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in dynamic environments
Excellent communication skills—able to work seamlessly with clients, crews, and internal teams
