Join us and be part of something built to last. We are seeking an Staff Geotechnical Engineer in Texas to conduct field investigations, lab testing, and engineering analyses for various projects. This role offers hands-on experience in technical reporting, field inspections, and client collaboration, ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals in geotechnical or civil engineering.
Compensation:
$85,000•$120,000 salary depending on experienceLocation:

Monday•Friday 8 am•5 pm ( Hours may vary) What you'll be doing : Perform geotechnical investigations and analyses to assess subsurface and site conditions. Plan and conduct geotechnical exploration programs effectively. Perform field and laboratory investigations for geotechnical engineering and geological study projects. Analyze geotechnical findings, perform appropriate calculations, and prepare technical reports for review by senior geotechnical engineers. Provide direction to technical team during field inspection activities. Interact with customers and team members to complete the assigned projects on time. Evaluate team performance and determine training needs to meet performance objectives. Perform basic office administration tasks when needed. What you have : Bachelor of Science in Geotechnical, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2-6 years of related work experience within the State of Texas. Proficiency in soil mechanics. Ability to creatively apply engineering principles to solve problems. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in teams.
