Centerline provides civil engineering, land development, surveying, drainage, utility infrastructure, platting, and construction support services for commercial, industrial, municipal, and private development projects throughout Texas. Our team is committed to delivering practical engineering solutions, exceptional client service, and high-quality project execution from concept through construction. Centerline's experience includes commercial site development, utility design, drainage analysis, platting, surveying coordination, and construction document preparation for projects across the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of civil engineering projects while working directly with clients, local agencies, developers, contractors, and internal team members. This position will oversee project planning, design, permitting, and construction support activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. The successful candidate will prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, reports, and calculations related to site development, grading, drainage systems, water and wastewater utilities, stormwater management, and transportation improvements. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects from initial concept through construction, develop lasting client relationships, mentor junior engineering staff, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm. Candidates should possess strong technical expertise, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university Current Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, or ability to obtain Texas licensure within six months. Minimum 2-6 years of civil engineering experience Exprience with land development, municipal, commercial, or infrastructure projects Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utility, and site development design Excellend communciation and project management skills Ability to coordinate multiple projects and clients simultaneously Valid Driver's License and ability to conduct site visits as needed Project management and client development experience Experience preparing drainage reports and hydrologic/hydraulic analyses Experience coordinating surveying, engineering, and construction services
