Pearland, TX (In-Office Only) Barron Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead civil/site development projects and supervise civil engineering staff. This is a full-time, in-office position in Pearland, Texas. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Responsibilities Manage civil engineering projects from proposal through construction. Supervise, mentor, and review work of junior engineers, EITs, and drafters. Lead design of site development, grading, drainage, utilities, paving, and detention systems. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and agencies. Prepare/review plans, specifications, reports, schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with applicable codes and TBPELS standards. Support business development and client relationships. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university. Minimum 10 years of civil engineering design experience. Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager. U.S. civil engineering design experience preferred. Current Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license issued by TBPELS (required). Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and common drainage/hydrology software. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Solid work ethic and demonstration of professionalism Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Valid driver's license.
