Senior Staff Engineer Employment Type:
Full-Time About the Opportunity Our client is a well-established and growing engineering firm seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for an engineering professional with 3-5 years of experience who is looking to expand their technical expertise, increase project responsibilities, and advance their career within a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will contribute to a variety of challenging projects while working alongside experienced engineers and industry professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.
  • Prepare engineering calculations, reports, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct site visits, field investigations, and project assessments.
  • Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Review technical documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
  • Participate in client meetings and project presentations.
  • Mentor and support junior engineering staff.
  • Contribute innovative solutions to technical challenges. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Successful completion of the EIT/FE exam required.
  • PE license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
