Full Job Description Civil Engineering Product Technologist The Opportunity:
This role manages the entire digital product development lifecycle, requiring broad technical expertise. Role will also include interfacing with clients and project staff delivering range of solutions to civil and facility engineering projects. Tasks include development and integration of civil and facility engineering needs into software products. Additional tasks include requirements gathering and solution development for complex challenges, working independently, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge, engineering principles, and product management to deliver tailored solutions for the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors. The position involves strategic product decisions, industry insight, independent problem-solving, and support of junior staff. Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager within software or technology industries Experience with software development Experience creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) in AutoCAD Revit Experience in data science, data modeling, and data visualization Experience with developing and writing business development materials Knowledge of programming languages, software lifecycle processes, and system designs Knowledge of engineering workflows and processes across Civil, Facility, Mechanical, Electrical, or Water Engineering disciplines Knowledge of technical team management tools such as Jira or Confluence Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders, effectively communicate through multiple means and platforms, and present technical material clearly and effectively Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Facility Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Water Engineering Nice If You Have:
Experience in software engineering, data and cloud architecture, or computer science preferred Experience working with the Federal Government preferred Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, problem-solving, and successful project delivery Experience in leading project teams working on Gen AI, Computer Vision AI, Data Science, and Digital Twins initiatives Experience with engineering industry software platforms, such as Navisworks or ArchiCAD, Bentley Systems, including WaterGEMS or SKM Systems Analysis, and building design platforms Possession of excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills Ability to develop and deliver presentations to showcase technical expertise and project outcomes Ability to write technical documentation, reports, and business development materials to support project initiatives Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
