WE ARE HIRING

Civil/Structural Engineer (Utility-Scale & Renewable Energy) At Basis North America (BNA) , we are expanding our engineering team to support major infrastructure and renewable energy developments. We are looking for an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to ensure the technical compliance and quality execution of our projects. If you have a strong background in large-scale infrastructure, site supervision, and technical compliance, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Review and Supervise site operations, including earthworks, grading, and site preparation. Oversee Structural Works , ensuring the correct installation of foundations, piles, concrete structures, steel framing, and equipment mounting systems. Verify Construction Compliance in the field against Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, technical specifications, and international engineering standards. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to resolve design discrepancies and ensure quality control.

Profile Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (recognized/licensed).

Experience:

Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience, specifically working on utility-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects (Solar, Wind, BESS, etc.).

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of earthworks, deep/shallow foundations, concrete structures, and steel mounting systems.

Standards:

Proven experience working with and verifying compliance against IFC drawings and industry specifications.

Skills:

Exceptional eye for detail, strong communication, and robust field problem-solving abilities.
