Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Civil Professional Engineer to join our team and lead innovative infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of civil engineering initiatives, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. Duties Lead the design and development of civil infrastructure projects utilizing AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and other CAD software to produce accurate schematics, drawings, and technical reports. Manage project schedules from inception through completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet deadlines and budget targets. Oversee construction management activities including site inspections, construction inspection reports, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Perform hydrological modeling and hydrologic analysis using tools such as HEC-HMS or Hydrologic Engineering Centers software to support stormwater systems design. Conduct geotechnical assessments and geotechnical engineering analyses to inform system design and foundation specifications. Prepare technical engineering reports detailing project scope, design solutions, feasibility studies, and regulatory permitting phases involving local agencies. Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) such as ArcGIS or GIS-based tools for land surveying data integration, spatial analysis, and project planning. Coordinate permitting processes with relevant authorities during the permitting phase to ensure compliance with all regulations. Manage project documentation including technical writing, drafting schematics, system design plans for stormwater management, water treatment facilities, or pipeline projects. Lead team efforts in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client communication. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional engineering license (PE) preferred. Proven experience managing civil engineering projects with a strong background in civil infrastructure design and construction management. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit; experience with CAD drafting and schematics is essential. Familiarity with hydrological modeling tools like HEC-HMS or Hydrologic Engineering Centers software for stormwater systems analysis. Knowledge of GIS platforms such as ArcGIS for spatial data analysis and land surveying integration. Experience with project scheduling tools and construction estimating processes to ensure timely project delivery. Strong understanding of permitting phases involving local agencies and regulatory compliance standards. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, technical report generation, team leadership, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Ability to perform detailed technical engineering reports focusing on water treatment systems, wastewater management, geotechnical considerations, hydraulics, and system design solutions.
