Transport Engineer Tech I:
Performs basic design workPrepares quantity summaries, hydraulic and utility studies and right-of-way mapsPrepares roadway design, traffic control, lighting, signal, and building plans.

Works on reproduction of plansPerforms other job responsibilities as assigned. Transport Engineer Tech II (in addition to the above):

Develops graphic presentations that include distinctive design featuresPerforms intermediate design workReviews entire sets of plans for format, drafting and calculation errors and correlation of plans and specifications.

Schedules, coordinates and prepares documents
