Inc. is expanding its business in America and we are seeking a qualified Assistant Project Engineer to join our organization in Cedar City, UT. This position will support the Senior Project Manager on a large-scale industrial manufacturing facility project (LS Electric Iron Hive Project, Enoch, UT) through the pre-construction and construction phases. The role covers bid package / subcontract buyout support, project document control, cost and Schedule of Values (SOV) worksheets, procurement tracking, and project reporting. Responsibilities- Support bid package buyout: bid leveling worksheets, bid clarifications, and subcontractor correspondence
- Manage project document control — RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, and specifications (Procore or similar)
- Prepare and update Schedule of Values (SOV), quantity takeoff, and cost tracking worksheets in Excel
- Track material and equipment procurement status, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Prepare meeting minutes, weekly/monthly progress reports, and reporting materials for Owner and H/Q in Korea
- Coordinate document flow among Owner, CM, Architect/EOR, and subcontractors
- Support permit, inspection, and project closeout documentation
- Any project administration tasks assigned by the Project Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3+ years of experience with a General Contractor or subcontractor in the U.S. preferred (recent graduates with internship experience will be considered)
- Proficient with MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software preferred
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Preferred Bilingual(Korean & English) and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in an organization
- Must be legal to work (We don't provide VISA sponsorship)
