CLH Architects Engineers seeks an MEP Electrical Engineer to design power, lighting, and low-voltage systems for K-12, municipal, and community projects. In this role, you will produce drawings, specifications, and calculations, coordinate closely with architecture, civil, and landscape teams, and support sustainable, energy-efficient solutions. You'll participate in site visits and construction administration while collaborating in a people-focused culture that values creativity, integrity, and professional growth. Responsibilities Design power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems for educational, municipal, and community projects Prepare drawings, specifications, and calculations using Revit and Auto CADPerform load calculations, short-circuit and coordination studies, and code analysis Coordinate electrical designs with architecture, civil, and landscape disciplines Support sustainable and energy-efficient design strategies Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and assist with construction administration Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to meet project goals Ensure compliance with NEC and applicable building and energy codes Contribute to internal standards, quality control, and continuous improvement Required Skills Electrical power distribution design Lighting design Low-voltage and communication systems Short-circuit and coordination studies Load calculations Revit Auto CADNEC and building code compliance Construction administration Sustainable and energy-efficient design
