Job Title:
Civil Engineer Job Description Join a leading multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm in Northern Virginia as a Civil Engineer. You will work on a diverse range of projects, including industrial, commercial, and residential sites, with a focus on land development. Collaborate with a dynamic team in the Ashburn, VA office, where culture and teamwork are prioritized. Responsibilities Design and develop land development projects for commercial and residential sites. Collaborate with project teams to design industrial, commercial, and residential sites. Assist in the planning and design of hydraulic and stormwater collection systems. Create and run electronic hydraulic models for water and sewer systems. Put together site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Support Project Managers and Senior Engineers in various tasks. Essential Skills 0-3+ years of land development experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with stormwater management design. Familiarity with creating electronic hydraulic models for water and sewer systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred but not required. EIT (or PE) is preferred but not required. Experience in site grading. Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus, training will be provided. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Ashburn, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00- $80000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
