The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of structures to ensure they are safe, sustainable, and cost-effective. This includes buildings, bridges, tunnels, and other infrastructure. The Structural Engineer will collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver high-quality projects.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Design and Analysis:
Develop structural designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Perform calculations to ensure structures can withstand various loads and forces. An alyze building materials for strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness. 2.
Project Management:
Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project alignment. Oversee construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Manage project timelines and budgets. 3.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure all designs adhere to local, state, and federal building codes and regulations. Conduct inspections and provide certifications as required by law. 4.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve design and construction issues. Provide technical advice and support during construction phases. 5.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other documentation. Maintain accurate records of design changes and project progress. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (BS) such as Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering with 5+ years of experience. Hands on experience designing and deploying different systems System administration experience in performing triage on system problems, resolving the system problems, analyzing system data to prevent problems, and implementing new workstations and system extensions Reliable attendance at customer site during work hours required by customer Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Abilities:
Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time. Sitting for extended periods of time. Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction. Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard. Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Identify and understand the speech of another person.

Bachelor s Degree in a technical discipline (BS) such as Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering with 5+ years of experience.
