Job Responsibilities include:

Q u alified candidates should: U n d erstand building construction, engineering, and/or architecture. Ha v e on the job or class experience with BIM software programs and technology. Th r ive in a team environment both contributing to larger projects and producing independent work. Ha v e an innately curious, forward-thinking personality to push innovative ideas in all aspects of daily tasks. Be able to multi-task and deliver parallel successful products. T y pical Daily tasks include: C r e ating virtual simulations to validate and improve site logistics, safety concerns, building sequencing, scheduling, and VR experiences. Ma n age 3D coordination activities with operation teams from project kickoff through closeout. Pe r form preconstruction model tasks - quality verifications, schedule validations, constructability reviews, and virtual mock-up production. Dr i ve research and development of new software, hardware, and technology to optimize the team's execution and overall project quality. S k i ll

S o ftware pr o ficiency required: Gen eral computing skills Sk e tchUp CA D Re v it Na v isworks Re n dering software (i.e. Lumion) O t her re quired skills: A b l e to read drawings and understand specifications, building codes, and other technical data. Fa m iliar with MEPF system design. Ha v e excellent written and oral communication. Ab i lity to work well with cross-discipline teams. Da t a analytics, visual programming, and VR/AR experience. E d ucation/Experience B a c helor's degree with preference given to Architectural, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management related degrees or As s ociate degree in a VDC/BIM technical concentration with 0-5 years of experience.
