Provide technical design for grading/paving, stormwater analysis/design, utility coordination, and ROW needs. Mentor junior staff and uphold high-quality engineering standards. Assist with business development for our Civil/Roadway Design service line. Assist with project management activities including scope, schedule, and budget creation and management. Represent Transpo in client meetings, public workshops, and stakeholder coordination.
