Position Overview. We are seeking a dynamic Civil Engineering Project Engineer with strong client‑facing skills. This hybrid role blends technical expertise with project leadership and business development. You will manage projects from concept to completion while building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting sales efforts. Key Responsibilities. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk 3-D modeling software Experience in client development and sales required Experience in preparing proposals, cost estimates, or bids Demonstrated ability to manage projects from planning through completion Experience coordinating with contractors, engineers, and clients Strong interest in welding and machining trades/metal fabrication. Proven experience in project engineering and management within construction or civil engineering Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Field or job-site experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license Education & Experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a degree in civil engineering. 3-7 years of experience in civil engineering or construction project management Schedule & Salary Range. This role is a fully onsite, full-time exempt position, scheduled Monday through Friday . T he expected salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and industry background. Benefits and Perks.
