We are looking for aSenior Structural Engineerwith a minimum 10 years of experience, who wants to work and grow as a team player within our progressive multi-discipline firm. The successful individual will be a licensed structural engineer with solid experience in the design of steel, concrete, and wood materials for commercial and industrial buildings. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Qualifications Perform and oversee structural analysis, design, and detailing on a variety of commercial and industrial building projects Collaborate with the architect, owner, and contractor to provide a well-coordinated and high-quality set of structural drawings Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers, designers and drafters to execute structural designs. Meet with the project team to ensure effective communication flow during design Interface with the contractor during construction to ensure positive results with minimum complications Attend construction site visits and assist in construction administration. Manage profitability of projects and maintain a working relationship with clients Participate in business development, including proposal writing and contact negotiations Be available to travel to local job sites and client meetingsseveral times per week. Be present in the office during the days and hours that are set by the office manager.

In-office work is required for this role. Be able to lift 35 pounds, climb ladders, and work from high platforms. Be able to simultaneously work on multiple projects with challenging schedules in a high-energy work environment. Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
