If you're ready to take on the challenge, Mid-States Concrete Industries is hiring top talent to join our growing team! About the Role As as Associate Engineer we will coach/train you on how to perform structural design and engineering tasks under supervision, applying fundamental principles of structural analysis and precast/prestressed concrete design. You will work with a high degree of independence, applying your expertise in precast and prestressed concrete design to develop practical, efficient solutions. This includes executing basic load and member calculations per ASCE 7 and designing precast components in accordance with ACI 318 and the PCI Design Handbook, as well as preparing connection designs guided by applicable industry manuals. The Project Engineer will collaborate closely with our engineering, drafting, project management, and manufacturing teams to deliver successful projects from concept through production. This role is designed to build technical competence, uphold quality and safety standards, and contribute to the overall success of Mid-States mission.
