Structural Engineer Job Description This role offers an opportunity for a Structural Engineer to join a growing team and play a key role in structural analysis and design projects. You will contribute directly to the development of safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions while working closely with other engineering professionals. Responsibilities Perform structural engineering analysis and design for a variety of projects, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. Develop structural calculations, models, and design documents to support project objectives. Collaborate with other engineers and project stakeholders to review design requirements and propose appropriate structural solutions. Prepare and review structural drawings, specifications, and related technical documentation. Evaluate existing structures and recommend modifications or improvements as needed. Participate in project meetings to provide structural engineering input and support decision-making. Ensure that all structural engineering work aligns with professional engineering standards and licensing requirements. Essential Skills Proven experience in structural engineering, including structural analysis and structural design. Professional Engineer (PE) license as a Structural Engineer. Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, methods, and best practices. Ability to interpret and produce structural drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and reliable engineering work. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working as one of a small group of structural engineers within an organization. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining high quality standards. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Stevens Point, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
