Job Description

The Thrasher Group is a full-service architecture, engineering, and field services consulting firm with a rich resume of project success all throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Our team of skilled experts delivers a vast array of professional services to clients across five major markets: architecture, land development, water resources, transportation, and energy. We are looking for an entry level Civil Staff Engineer for our Charleston, WV location in the following areas: Transportation and Land Development. As a member of the team, you will drive profitability, work on a variety of projects and collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions. Support senior engineers in project planning and execution. Prepare technical documentation and reports. Conduct research and analysis to solve engineering challenges. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program EI/EIT certification (desired but not required). 0 -3 years of relevant experience Software experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Civil 3D (desired but not required). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
