Martin/Martin Wyoming, Inc is looking for an entry-level Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Group in our Wyoming office. This engineer will work for multiple project managers on a broad range of project types. A typical work week can include engineering calculations, drawing development, site visits, etc. This position allows for interactions with (owners, architects, contractors, etc.) early in your career along with opportunities for marketing activities. Each project presents unique challenges and opportunities to learn and grow as an engineer. The successful candidate will develop expertise in a broad range of Civil Engineering. Responsibilities Knowledge and use of computer design and CAD software Prepares details and calculations for project components and systems Learns about products and construction procedures Prepares and writes reports Provides field observation during construction Studies and applies building code and/or jurisdictional requirements Reviews shop drawings and product submittals Checks own work Coordinates work with other disciplines Acts proactively and proposes potential solutions to problems Works overtime, when necessary Other duties as assigned
