Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer - II to join our dynamic engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex civil infrastructure projects, ensuring the successful delivery of design, construction, and management phases. Your expertise will drive innovative solutions in stormwater management, water and wastewater treatment, and system design while coordinating seamlessly with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, permitting, construction inspection, and closeout. Develop detailed project schedules using project scheduling tools to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Prepare and review technical engineering reports, schematics, and design documents utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other CAD software. Conduct hydrological modeling and hydrologic analysis using tools such as HEC-HMS, SWMM, Hydrologic Engineering Centers (HEC), and GIS platforms like ArcGIS and GIS-based software. Coordinate the permitting phase by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with regulatory agencies to secure approvals. Lead construction management activities including site inspections, quality assurance, safety compliance, and progress reporting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on system design for stormwater systems, hydraulics, geotechnical engineering, water treatment facilities, and land surveying projects. Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project scope, provide updates on progress, and address technical inquiries promptly. Manage project budgets and resources efficiently while maintaining high standards of technical excellence. Mentor junior engineers and team members to foster professional growth within the department. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects from inception through completion. Strong proficiency in project scheduling software and construction estimating tools. Extensive knowledge of CAD software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit; experience with Bluebeam is a plus. Skilled in hydrological modeling using

; familiar with hydrologic analysis tools such as Mathcad and Hydrologic Engineering Centers (HEC). Experience with GIS platforms like ArcGIS for spatial analysis and mapping. Familiarity with permitting processes involving local agencies and regulatory bodies. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent technical writing skills for preparing reports and documentation. Strong client communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
