Wide Duties Help Coordines project activities reled to installion/construction. Provides project installion/construction expertise in the preparion of the Centers work plan. Plans, schedules, identifies required resources and coordines execution of the installion/construction activities. Coordines installion/construction field changes with approprie affected parties and stakeholders. Ensures installion/construction activity reled project schedule changes are reflected in Primavera. Ensures field installion/construction reports are accure, contain an approprie level of detail and are timely. Recommends training plans for Center field personnel to increase their job skills, knowledge and effectiveness. Maintains locer sheet of Center field personnel. Provides training, mentoring and guidance and advice to Center field (installion/construction) personnel on technical and administrive issues. Provides positive quality assurance controls during installion/construction activities, including minimizing JAI exceptions and tracking JAI exceptions clearance. Acts as Center focal point for OSHA construction safety. Ensures th all facility work permits and risk assessments are properly completed when required. Monitors Center's common stock merial levels and reorder as required. Ensures required parts and merials are ordered/shipped on schedule. Maintains current FRD da sheets on all project specific equipment/systems. Prepares "end of project critiques" to analyze actual performance vs projected performance.
