https://eacg.com/careers/internship-program/ Description We are seeking Three Survey Interns in our Survey Department in our Omaha office for our 2027 Summer Internship Program. Our Survey Department supports our Civil Engineering department with topographic, ALTA, and boundary surveys using the latest technology. The ideal candidates for this team will be self-starters with the ability to communicate effectively with team members. Additionally, these candidates will: Gain exposure to the day-to-day workings of the Survey Department Serve as a member of a survey crew performing fieldwork on civil engineering, construction, and general surveying projects Learn how to maintain and operate all the instruments and equipment needed to complete surveying tasks Demonstrate safety practices and behaviors on project sites Perform in many outdoor developed and natural environments
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent completed by May 2027 Enrolled and pursuing Survey, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree by August 2027 Demonstrated team player with written and verbal communication skills Ability and willingness to perform work with a team in both the field and office settings Ability to work a flexible schedule with long hours while maintaining concentration in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physical labor, lifting up to 30 pounds, walking and standing frequently Demonstrated comfort level with
Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited associate or bachelor's program for Survey, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related Freshman standing with coursework completed May 2027 Experience in the Survey or Construction Industry Like what you see?
