QualificationsBachelor of Science in Civil Engineering 0-3 years of experience in Civil Engineering Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D and ArcGIS is helpful.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with project team members, and clients.
Superior task management skills, including scheduling, prioritizing, following up, and keeping project information organized.
Superior problem solving and analytical skills.

Engineering projects range from complex grade separation projects and large bridges spanning a river with architectural enhancements to box culverts for a rural township over a small ditch. We are seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our team in our Sioux Falls office. This role is intended for an individual with 0-3 years of prior experience.
