$25-$35We are a growing civil engineering and land surveying firm based in Phenix City, Alabama, supporting a mix of residential and commercial development projects throughout the region. Our team is known for delivering highly accurate survey data and practical engineering solutions to clients across Alabama and Georgia.As we continue to expand, we are looking to bring on a Civil Designer to support our surveying and design teams.
What You Will Be DoingPrepare boundary, topographic, and ALTA survey drawings using Carlson CADDraft survey plats, legal descriptions, and base mapsProcess field data from survey crews and convert into accurate CAD drawingsAssist with site layout and basic grading plans using Civil 3DSupport residential and commercial development projectsCollaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project managersEnsure all drawings meet company and regulatory standardsWhat You Need For This Job1+ years of experience in survey drafting or CAD designWorking knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson CAD (preferred)Boundary and topographic survey experienceConstruction staking / layout drawings experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a team environmentWhat's In It For YouFull benefits package.
