Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of architectural projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Duties:
  • Develop architectural designs and plans in accordance with established firm standards. All design efforts are to be consistent with an overriding commitment to advance relevant and thoughtful architectural solutions.
  • Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using REVIT and CAD software and other design tools
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for design development
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met
  • Review and approve construction documents, including blueprints, specifications, and material samples
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise during construction
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns
Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • 5 years as a Registered Architect
  • Proficiency in REVIT and CAD software (AutoCAD) for creating detailed drawings
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Experience with 3D modeling software (TwinMotion, Revit, Lumion) for visualizing designs
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost estimation for architectural projects
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual presentations
