This role is open for students who are looking for an introduction to the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage budget, projects aligned with company Develop architectural designs and concepts for residential and commercial projects in alignment with client needs, budget, and building/regulator requirements, as required. Prepare and review architectural drawings or estimates, plans, and specifications. Collaborate with internal teams, engineers, contractors, and clients throughout all project phases. Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Conduct site visits and oversee project progress to ensure design intent is maintained. Assist in project planning, budgeting, and timelines. Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues during construction.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience, preferably, in architectural design, preferably in both residential and commercial projects. Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar). Strong understanding or background of building codes, construction methods, and materials, if applicable. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents, if applicable. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay:

$31.25 - $42.00 per hour
