BIM/Revit Designer; Architecture, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical

Established firm offering services in Architecture, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering including design for New Buildings and Building Renovations; Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems, Electrical Power Distribution, and Plumbing Design is looking for BIM/Revit Designers. You must be a team player, capable of working on multiple projects concurrently and adaptable to a fast paced and ever-changing workload. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Revit experience, but we are open to seeing recent program graduates. A wide background that includes architectural design, HVAC system layout, plumbing design and/or electrical power distribution is preferred, but specialized experience in one field is acceptable. We are looking for a proactive individual who shares our vision of design excellence and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to: Expertise with Revit families, detailing and work sharing Responsible for 3D and BIM models using latest version of Revit Work from rough sketch drawings to produce plan drawings Set up backgrounds, schedules, and details Organize and file drawings Follow and enforce company quality control guidelines Ideal candidates will have: High level Revit Architectural and MEP skills An eye for detail The ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to remain flexible as priorities shift The ability to work on multiple deadlines at once We offer a competitive compensation package which includes full medical, dental, and 401k benefits (401k after one year, other benefits eligible upon hire), as well as a positive working environment.
