If you're passionate about architecture, skilled in AutoCAD and Revit, and enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, we'd love to hear from you. Job Description The Senior Architectural Designer is responsible for producing high-quality construction documents, supporting project teams through all phases of design and construction, and ensuring projects meet client expectations, industry standards, and company quality requirements. This role works closely with Project Managers, Job Captains, engineers, and consultants to successfully deliver commercial projects on time and within budget. What You'll Do Develop construction documents and technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Assist in the design, planning, and production of commercial projects. Coordinate drawings with consultants, civil engineers, and landscape architects. Prepare and revise project documents throughout the design and construction process. Conduct drawing reviews for accuracy, completeness, and quality control. Assist with code compliance and permitting requirements. Collaborate with Project Managers and Job Captains to meet project schedules. Support and mentor junior designers by providing technical guidance. Participate in site visits, field verification, and as-built documentation as needed. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule. What You Bring Degree in Architecture or related field preferred. Experience producing architectural construction documents for commercial projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of building documentation and drafting standards. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with QA/QC reviews and consultant coordination preferred. Self-motivated with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
