Job Description

[Key Responsibilities] Prepare architectural design documents and manage technical specifications for new construction and renovation projects Lead zoning analysis, land use change processes, and permitting approvals based on U.S. building codes and local regulations Enhance project value through architectural and interior design solutions while reflecting client requirements and project goals Review MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and structural engineering inputs, and manage overall design coordination Collaborate with local U.S. architectural partners, consultants, and global teams to ensure design quality assurance and integrated project delivery [Qualifications] Hands-on experience in U.S. architectural design and permitting processes Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp Strong understanding of U.S. building codes (IBC, ADA) and local jurisdiction requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in architectural design contexts Fluent communication skills in both Korean and English [Preferred Qualifications] U.S. architectural license (or equivalent professional certification) preferred Experience in commercial real estate or large-scale development projects U.S. education background or prior architectural work experience in the United States [Benefits & Perks] Opportunities to collaborate with global offices and participate in international projects Housing and vehicle support for U.S.-based assignments Global workshops and international networking opportunities Visa sponsorship support available (L-1, E-2, H-1B, Permanent Residency, etc. depending on qualifications and circumstances) Financial support and bonus incentives for obtaining job-related certifications (KRW 5M-10M) Performance-based incentives and compensation reviews (biannual evaluations) Employee referral program (KRW 3M referral bonus upon successful completion of the probationary period)
