As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are accurately translated into construction plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy of designs
• Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
• Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
• Prepare project estimates and budgets
• Communicate with clients and contractors to address any technical issues or concerns

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
