This role is ideal for someone with an architectural background who enjoys both design support and project management responsibilities. Fluency in both English and Farsi is required, as the role involves coordination with bilingual clients, consultants, and team members. Key Responsibilities Assist in project coordination from schematic design through construction Manage project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, Title 24, etc.) Review and organize architectural drawings, redlines, and revisions Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, and permit packages Communicate effectively in both English and Farsi with clients and team members Translate or interpret project-related communication when needed Help maintain consistency and quality across drawing sets Support with renderings, presentations, and documentation when needed Qualifications Degree in Architecture or related field (preferred) Fluent in English and Farsi (spoken and written) - required Proficiency in software such as: AutoCAD / Revit SketchUp Familiarity with California codes and permitting process is a plus Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently What We're Looking For Someone proactive who can take ownership of coordination tasks Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-driven environment Ability to bridge communication between English and Farsi-speaking stakeholders Interest in multi-family and mixed-use developments Compensation Competitive, based on experience Flexible work arrangement Opportunity to grow with a dynamic and expanding firm
