In this vital role, you will transform architectural concepts into precise, detailed drawings that serve as the blueprint for construction projects. Your passion for design, combined with your mastery of drafting software and technical skills, will help shape inspiring spaces and structures. Duties Develop detailed architectural drawings and schematics using Revit AutoCAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, or Rhinoceros 3D. Create 2D plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents that adhere to project specifications and building codes. Utilize design tools like SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, and 3ds Max to visualize concepts and produce realistic renderings. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to refine project details and ensure accuracy in all drawings. Prepare system designs and interior layouts that align with client needs and aesthetic goals. Assist in the development of graphic presentations and animations for project proposals. Support construction teams by providing clear drafting instructions and revisions based on site feedback. Requirements Proven experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, or Rhinoceros 3D. Strong skills in drafting, schematic development, and technical drawing standards. Familiarity with construction processes and building systems design. Knowledge of graphic design principles and 2D animation techniques is a plus. Experience with mechanical , Plumbing, Electrical design or interior design projects is desirable. Ability to interpret architectural plans and translate concepts into detailed drawings accurately.
